Restful Sleep Herbal Tea
A soothing lullaby of sleepy herbs to ease tension and relax thoughts in preparation for sleep.
Ingredients: A mix of organic, wildcrafted, and locally grown plants. Oat straw, lemon balm, chamomile, lavender
Directions: Use 1 tsp to 1 tbsp per cup of almost boiling water. Sweeten to taste (honey is best). Stir, cover and steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain and enjoy!
