The intention urges us to question un-serving beliefs, expectations, and definitions that hold us back from actualizing our greatest desires. Our potential is limitless but unless we actively work to smash through our limiting stories, we can become entrenched within them - with no conscious awareness of why we are stuck! This journey takes you up out of those stories and back to your true self through a lens of self-compassion so that you can rewrite what soul-aligned blissful success and wellbeing means for you and reclaim a life of abundant fulfillment.

Commitment to Self
This is a live group journey consisting of five progressive sessions delivered in sacred space, on Zoom for the virtual offering and in the driftwood dome in Heriot Bay, Quadra Island for the in-person offering. Between sessions you listen to the corresponding audio track to further compound the positive suggestions and deepen your healing for lasting results.  Audio tracks are between 30-45 minutes. Carve out distraction-free time to become fully immersed in this self-care. This 5-week commitment offers a solid framework for supporting your intentions of healing and growth with psilocyn microdoses.

I am here to support, guide and hold space for WHATEVER comes up for you. Upon registration, you receive access to your member portal so that you can begin listening to your affirmations and preparing for your journey right away.  Each week we meet in sacred circle for a live hypnosis session and kindred support.  Between live sessions, I check-in with you via email so that you can be intimately supported through any intense emotions and assisted over any hurdles that may come up for you.

Driftwood Dome

​This sacred space is a unique Quadra Island experience built with love and talent by premier local artist Alex Witcombe of Drifted Creations. 

Located on the Ecosophy Wellness property in Heriot Bay on Quadra Island.

A meditation chair, blanket and hot organic herbal tea are provided. The Driftwood Dome is a dry space equipped with lighting and a propane firepit to keep us cozy.
